Processing Your Order

We start preparing your order right after it’s placed.

During busy times (like launches or holidays), a slight delay may occur — we promise we’re on it but that’s not guaranteed.

⚠️ Note: Once your order leaves our office, we can’t make changes or cancel it.

 

Shipping Within Egypt

🚚 Delivery Time: 3–8 working days

Couriers often surprise us with faster delivery, but we can’t guarantee early arrival.

 

International Shipping

International orders are sent with tracking, and usually arrive within 14–21 working days, depending on your location.
